Marble Cheese Flan
Ingre: A) 500gm Digestive Biscuit

200gm Melted Butter
(UNSALTED)
Ingre: B) 500gm Philadelphia Cream Cheese
150gm Fine Sugar
160ml Evaporated Milk
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
Ingre: C) 2 tbsp Gelatin
50ml Boiling Hot Water
50ml Cold Water (kettle drinking water)
Method:
1. Place biscuit into the blender titted with Sabatier Blade till fine crushed then add in melted butter till combined. Place into tin and press over the base,refrigerate.
2. Place ingredants B into blender fitted with Sabatier Blade
process then add iningre C.
3. Scoop a bit ingre B add in 1 tbsp coco powder to draw pattern on top.
